Species identification:
Simply send us seaweed sample, biomass, or product, and we will perform genetic identification of the species for you. Our report will include one or more genetic barcode sequences, as well as a phylogenetic tree describing the genetic relationship between the investigated sample and known seaweed species.

Bulk biomass species identification / purity of seaweed products:
Using next-generation sequencing (NGS), and a custom analysis pipeline developed by the Pristine Coast team, we can retrieve genetic information of all the different seaweed species contained within bulks of biomass or seaweed products.
